A Lesson in Humility

A film created in collaboration with the Cadre noir de Saumur

This project was born from a shared desire to highlight the essential role horses play in human development. More than partners, they are silent guides, constantly challenging us and bringing us back to what truly matters.

The title, A Lesson in Humility, speaks for itself. Because in the end, as we say in the film: “The master is you”, addressing the horse. It is through the horse that we grow—not just as riders, but as people.

On a personal note, this film deeply resonated with me. Horses have always been my compass, shaping the way I move through the world and the person I strive to become. Being able to express that through this collaboration with the Cadre Noir has been a truly meaningful experience.
